Button, Button, Who's Got the Button?

Remember the button game we played as kids (gave away my age, right)? Well, we never had buttons like the ones I just bought from crazycakes on Etsy. They are Czech glass buttons (new, not antique) and there were oodles to choose from. Good prices and shipping in the US was free!

I'm so excited about these buttons. When I saw them, I was immediately inspired to use them in some jewelry. I haven't started anything yet, but when I do, I'll post about it here.

Here are the buttons I purchased:

Aren't they beautiful? Don't they just make you want to reach out and touch them?

I'm thinking pendants and bracelets. Oh, the joy of beading!

  1. They are beautiful! My favorite is the pink one one the bottom right in the bottom photo. It's yummy! Can't wait to see what you do with these!

  2. Oooooo, I have to go check that out! Purty!

  3. You chose some really pretty ones, Linda. I love the double sunflower design in the bottom picture! It will be fun to see what you come up with.

  4. OMG Linda,
I love those buttons, I cannot wait to see what you make with them, they are gorgeous!

  5. oh my goodness...talk about drool worthy! I recently bought a couple from another shop that I can't wait to use! Such great accents for beadweaving!

  6. I always loved buttons, I used them in my work. These are gorgeous, you have a great taste for beautiful things!
